Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for store-credit only. This means we must receive the products back at the store 30 days from the date of purchase. If the return is accepted, you'll receive store credit via e-gift card that can be used in-store and online. Our e-gift cards expire 2 years from the date of activation. All e-gift cards & in-store gift cards, issued by Mainstream Boutique in New Prague, must be redeemed at Mainstream Boutique in New Prague, only. Because we are independently owned, with different merchandise in each store, we cannot accept store credit or merchandise returns from other Mainstream Boutique stores. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are paid by customer. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All sale items, or anything purchased with a discount greater than 30% are final sale.
